BetGames Terms and Conditions – Complete Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing betgames.life, creating an account or placing any bet on the BetGames platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all services provided by BetGames, including the live casino, sports betting, slots, promotions and the referral programme.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use BetGames. BetGames reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account. Continued use of BetGames following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a BetGames account you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of registering and playing;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or restricted by any applicable court order;
• Not already hold a BetGames account under any name or identity.

2.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering with BetGames, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. BetGames is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one BetGames account. This applies regardless of the device, mobile number, IP address or payment method used. If BetGames identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether simultaneously or at separate times — both accounts will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals held, and any bonus balances forfeited. Real money balances may be returned at BetGames' discretion following a full review.

2.4 Account Security

Your BetGames account credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. BetGames will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BetGames support immediately via Live Chat to freeze the account.

3Account Verification (KYC)

BetGames is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above Rs 25,000 and at any point where identity verification is reasonably required to prevent fraud, money laundering or under-age gambling. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

3.1 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification on your BetGames account, you will be asked to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and number);
• A selfie holding your ID document, if requested.

3.2 Verification Timeline

BetGames aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of document submission. During high-volume periods, this may extend to 48 hours. Withdrawal processing will resume immediately upon successful verification. Documents must be legible and clearly show all required information — blurred or incomplete submissions will be returned for re-submission.

4Deposits & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

BetGames accepts deposits via the following methods for Pakistani players:

All transactions on BetGames are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetGames does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply any currency conversion at any stage. The amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount credited to your BetGames balance.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the name of the BetGames account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payment methods belonging to family members — are not permitted. BetGames may request proof that the depositing account belongs to the registered player. Deposits made from unverified third-party sources may be held or returned pending investigation.

4.4 Maximum Deposit Limits

BetGames does not impose a fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts. Players on self-set deposit limits are bound by the limits they have configured in their account settings. BetGames reserves the right to apply maximum deposit limits to any account for risk management purposes, with notification provided to the affected player.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

BetGames targets the following withdrawal processing times for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: within 30 minutes of approval;
• IBFT bank transfer: within 2–4 business hours;
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days (subject to card issuer processing).

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though BetGames reserves the right to process large withdrawals across multiple transactions where operationally necessary.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into the same BetGames account, or that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. BetGames does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

BetGames may request identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard risk and compliance procedure, not an indication of wrongdoing. If verification is requested, the withdrawal will be held until the required documents are provided and reviewed. Providing false or misleading documents will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the pending withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on BetGames are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New BetGames players who make their first qualifying deposit of Rs 1,000 or more are eligible for the welcome bonus — a 100% deposit match up to Rs 20,000. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit.

6.2 Weekend Cashback

BetGames offers a 15% cashback on net live casino losses incurred over the weekend (Friday midnight to Sunday 23:59 PKT). The maximum cashback payable per weekend is Rs 8,000. Cashback is credited as real PKR funds with no wagering requirement and is available every Sunday night.

6.3 Referral Programme

The BetGames Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 2,000 per qualifying referral. A qualifying referral is a new player who registers via your unique referral link and makes a first deposit of Rs 1,000 or more. 6.4 General Bonus Rules

• One welcome bonus per household, device and IP address;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met;
• BetGames reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances;
• BetGames may set game-specific contribution rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 50%.

7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on BetGames are subject to the current odds displayed at the time of placement. BetGames reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed when a bet confirmation reference number is generated and displayed. Until that confirmation is issued, the bet is not active.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, event and bet type. Current limits are displayed in the game interface before placing a bet. BetGames may adjust individual player stake limits based on betting history, risk assessment or responsible gaming considerations.

7.3 Errors and Void Bets

BetGames reserves the right to void any bet placed where an obvious error has occurred — including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to a technical error, data feed failure or human input mistake. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account. BetGames is not liable for any winnings arising from demonstrably incorrect odds.

7.4 PSL Betting Rules

Pakistan Super League betting markets on BetGames follow standard cricket betting conventions. Match-winner markets settle on the official result announced by PCB/PSL. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, all match-winner bets are void and stakes are returned. 8Live Casino Rules

The BetGames live casino operates under the following specific rules in addition to the general terms set out elsewhere in this document.

8.1 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round after a bet has been placed and confirmed, the bet will be settled based on the actual game outcome determined by the dealer. BetGames is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet connection, device or network provider. If a round is interrupted due to a BetGames technical failure before the outcome is determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

8.2 Game Integrity

All live casino games on BetGames use genuine physical cards or balls dealt or handled by trained human dealers. BetGames does not interfere with dealing sequences, card outcomes or any physical element of live game play. Session recordings are retained and available for dispute review. Players who believe a dealing error has occurred must report it via Live Chat within 24 hours of the relevant round.

8.3 Table Limits

Each live casino table on BetGames displays minimum and maximum bet limits clearly before a player is seated. These limits are subject to change at BetGames' discretion. VIP tables carry separate limits available exclusively to Gold and Platinum tier players.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetGames and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one BetGames account;
• Using another person's identity, documents or payment methods;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or unintended game behaviour — any player who identifies such an error is required to notify BetGames support immediately rather than exploiting it;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or deposit limit controls through any means;
• Any behaviour that BetGames reasonably determines constitutes fraud, money laundering or match-fixing.

10Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 BetGames-Initiated Suspension

BetGames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or where suspension is required for compliance purposes. In cases of suspected fraud, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice pending investigation.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their BetGames account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts requested for closure due to responsible gaming concerns (self-exclusion) are handled under the Responsible Gaming section of these terms.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. BetGames will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity handling. An administrative fee of Rs 500 per month may be deducted from inactive real money balances after the 12-month period. This fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing a verification update if required.

11Responsible Gaming

BetGames is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. Gaming on BetGames should be an enjoyable entertainment activity — not a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

11.1 Player Tools

The following tools are available to all BetGames players and can be configured directly in account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week or month;
• Session time limits: Limit the duration of a single gaming session;
• Reality check alerts: Receive periodic reminders of time spent and net position during a session;
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from BetGames for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude must contact BetGames support via Live Chat and request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is closed and they may not open a new account. Any real money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to the verified payment method. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied.

12Privacy & Data Protection

BetGames collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between BetGames and its players. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm acceptance of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is stored, and the rights available to players regarding their personal data.

• Player data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols;
• Player personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Data is retained only for as long as required by legal or regulatory obligations;
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time through BetGames support.

13Limitation of Liability

BetGames provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While BetGames makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability and accurate game results, BetGames does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profit or data arising from technical failures, server downtime or connection interruptions beyond BetGames' direct control;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party data feed failures where BetGames has acted in good faith on the information received;
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the BetGames platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.

BetGames' total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

14Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. BetGames operates with full respect for Pakistani law and does not offer services that are determined to be unlawful in the player's jurisdiction of residence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your BetGames account, please follow this escalation process:

1. Contact BetGames support via Live Chat with full details of the dispute, including relevant round IDs, transaction references and dates;
2. BetGames will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days;
3. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to BetGames' senior compliance team, who will provide a final decision within 10 business days;
4. BetGames' decision on disputes relating to game outcomes determined by live dealer actions or certified RNG systems is final once the internal review process is complete.

14.3 Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
